PRIVACY POLICY

Effective date: July 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Snake Planet (the “Game,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the iOS application. By using the Game, you acknowledge the practices described below.

1. Information Stored on Your Device

The Game stores gameplay information locally on your device, including level progress, stars, coins, owned and selected snakes, daily rewards, daily mission progress, and settings such as music preferences. This information is used to provide and restore game functionality. We do not operate a separate Snake Planet account system.

2. Game Center and Leaderboards

If you sign in to Apple Game Center, the Game submits leaderboard scores for individual levels. Submitted data may include your Dragon Orb count, gameplay time, score metadata, and the Game Center player identifier associated with your Apple account. Leaderboard names and rankings are provided by Apple. Apple processes this information under its own privacy policy and account settings.

3. Advertising

The Game may offer optional rewarded advertisements through Liftoff Monetize/Vungle and related advertising service providers. These providers may process device information, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, advertising identifiers where permitted, app interaction data, ad impressions, clicks, diagnostics, and fraud-prevention signals. Their collection and use of information are governed by their own privacy policies.

Rewarded ads are optional. Declining an ad does not remove rewards already earned through normal gameplay. The Game may request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework before allowing tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies. You can change tracking permission in iOS Settings.

4. Network Requests

The release version may contact a secure remote configuration service to obtain current advertising placement settings. Standard network information, such as IP address, request time, and basic device or app information, may be processed by the hosting provider for security, delivery, and diagnostics.

5. Information We Do Not Request

The Game does not ask you to provide your name, postal address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise GPS location, health information, or payment card details. The Game does not include chat, user-generated content, or a developer-operated social account system.

6. Purposes of Processing

7. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by Apple for Game Center, by advertising partners when ads are requested, and by technical service providers needed to deliver remote configuration or related network services. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect users, our rights, or the security of the Game.

8. Data Retention and Control

Local gameplay data remains on your device until you delete the Game or clear its data. Game Center and advertising providers determine retention periods for information they process. You may manage Game Center, tracking, advertising, and device privacy choices through iOS Settings. Deleting the Game removes locally stored progress but may not remove information retained by Apple or advertising providers.

9. Children’s Privacy

Snake Planet is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information in connection with the Game, contact us so the concern can be reviewed.

10. International Processing

Third-party service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, those providers are responsible for applying appropriate safeguards under applicable law.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Game, its service providers, or legal requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the latest version.

12. Contact

For privacy questions or requests, contact privacy@snakeplanet.app. Before publishing this policy, the app publisher should confirm that this mailbox is active and monitored.
